YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to void certain deeds through which you claim ownership of real property which is located in Highlands County, Florida and described as:

Lots 4 and 5, in Block G, of HILLSIDE LAKE ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 27, of the Public Records of Highlands County, Florida.

You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on with the plaintiffs' attorney, Lon Worth Crow IV, Esq., 211 North Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870 within 45 days from the first publication of this notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court, 430 South Commerce Avenue, Sebring, Florida 33870 either before service on plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter. Default Date: June 10, 2026.

If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or action.
