LESS Begin at the SW corner of said Lot 77; said point also being a point on a curve concave to the NW having a radius of 120.00 feet and a chord bearing of N 25 0655 East; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve and the Easterly right-of-way line of Silver Re Drive according to said Silver Lakes Replat a distance of 0.24 feet through a central angle of 00 0649, thence departing said curve and said right-of-way line, South 53 3529 East 1.22 feet; thence North 64 4940 West, along the Southerly line of said Lot 77, a dance of 1.2 feet to the POB.
