Notice is hereby given to Danielle Jean-Francois and Socrates Jean-Francois, of 236 Oak Chase Place, Davenport, Florida 33896, that they are the named defendants in the above-captioned action in which the Plaintiff, 15 Plum Tree LLC, seeks money damages for breach of a stipulated judgment, breach of a residential lease for the property at 15 Plum Tree Lane, Easton, Connecticut, and for the commission of voluntary waste at the property. The Plaintiff seeks damages in the aggregate amount of $28,735.39, plus attorney's fees and costs, and pre-judgment and post-judgment interest.
An appearance and answer or other response may be filed by you, or by an attorney on your behalf, with the Clerk, Superior Court, 1061 Main Street, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06604, with a copy to the attorney for the Plaintiff, Jonathan J.
