Being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northerly sideline of Alternate U.S. Highway Nos. 441 and 27 at the southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Johnson; said point being South 7714'05" West a distance of one hundred twenty two and 79/100 (122.79) feet along said highway from the westerly sideline of Lake Weir Avenue, thence (1.)
