YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CARTER J. ADAMS, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 290 Cypress Gardens Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33880, within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication on or before June 18, 2026, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
The Plaintiff is seeking to quite title on the real property described as follows:
Parcel # 25-29-35-000000-011040.
The South 175 feet of the West 1/2 of the East 410 feet of the West 810 feet of the South 660 feet of NE1/4 of NE1/4 less the South 25 feet, of Section 35, Township 29 South, Range 25 East, Polk County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1974 ALLA mobile home, ID# 1168A, Title #10816196 and that certain 1974 ALLA mobile home, ID# 1168B, Title #12409291 located on said premises.
