TO: FAMILY TREE BEHAVIORAL CARE, LLC c/o KATHRYN E. JANN, PhD, Registered Agent

Pursuant to Section 49.011(1), Florida Statutes, this Notice of Action of Publication shall effectuate Service of Process by publication on a "debt owing by [Defendants] on whom process can be served within this state".
Therefore, you are notified that an action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Attorney Scott Bossard, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Office of the County Attorney, 1001 Sarasota Center Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34240, on or before which date shall not be less than twenty-eight (28) nor more than sixty (60) days after the first publication notice, and file the original with the Clerk of Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in Plaintiff's Complaint. This notice shall be published once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the Sarasota Herald Tribune.
