Condominium Unit No. 2404, Phase 24, of Lexington Lakes, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 2056, at Page 2162, and any amendments thereto of the Public Records of Martin County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
