Port Orange Town Center Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)
The Port Orange Town Center Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will meet at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be possible, on the dates listed below. All CRA meetings are open to the public and are held at Port Orange City Council Chambers, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, FL, 32129.
Port Orange Town Center CRA will meet at the following dates and times:
March 17, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. - The agenda items scheduled for this public hearing include the CRA Annual Report, Proposed Economic Development Incentive Agreements, and all other lawful purposes.
August 4, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. - The agenda items scheduled for this public hearing include the CRA Fiscal Year 2027 Proposed Budget and all other lawful purposes.
A copy of this notice and the agenda items will be available for public inspection during regular business hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the City Clerks office, first floor, City Hall, 1000 City Center Circle, Port Orange, Florida. All interested parties are invited to attend this hearing and voice comments regarding the proposed items.
Any person desiring to appeal any decision made by the Agency with respect to any matter considered at these meetings will need a record of the proceedings, and said person may need to insure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon with the appeal is to be based. F.S. 268.0105.
