Annual Plan Amendment Notice

Amendment Preface: The purpose of this notice is to provide citizens with reasonable notice and opportunity to comment on proposed changes in the use of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding. The County of Volusia has reviewed the criteria for determining a substantial change in approved activities in accordance with 24CFR 91.505 and the Citizens Participation Plan.
A proposed CDBG amendment to the FY 2024/25 Action Plan creates a new project, Housing Rehabilitation Administration. The funds proposed for transfer are $36,968 from a completed Council on Aging of Volusia County capital project.
A proposed CDBG amendment to the FY 2023/24 Action Plan creates a new project, Housing Rehabilitation Administration. The funds proposed for transfer are $34,054 from a Boys & Girls Club of Volusia/Flagler Counties capital project.
