Notice of Public Hearing
City of Orange City

The City Council of the City of Orange City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 201 North Holly Avenue, Orange City, Florida, 32763, to receive comments regarding the City of Orange City Water Asset Management and Fiscal Sustainability (AMFS) Plan and Capital Improvements which will be submitted in support of an application to receive a Florida State Revolving Fund loan for funding assistance for proposed Stormwater and Water System s Capital Improvements Construction Projects. Financial impacts for the AMFS will be discussed at the Council meeting. Copies of the AMFS Plan, Resolution adopting proposed AMES are available for public review at the Orange City Clerks Office.
