Whose residence is unknown, and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described in the mortgage being foreclosed here.
You are hereby notified of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against the Defendants, involving the following described property in Highlands County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 41 and 43, Block 3, SUNSET BEACH, Sebring, Florida, According to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 20, Public Records of Highlands County, Florida, lying in Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 29 East.
All land lying between the westerly boundary of Lot 39, block 3, and a line described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of Lots 37 and 35, Block 3, with Lake View Drive, run thence southwesterly along the northerly boundary of Lake View Drive a distance of 212.67 feet to the point of beginning, run thence northerly, traversing a point on the base curve of said Block 3 located 100 feet easterly from the westerly boundary of Lot 39, to Lake Jackson; all in Sunset Beach Subdivision, Sebring, Florida, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 20, Public Records of Highlands County, Florida, lying in Section 32, Township 34 South, Range 29 East.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on plaintiff's attorney, to wit: MATTHEW D. WEIDNER, ESQUIRE, whose address is 856 2nd Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, on or before 30 days from first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. IF A DEFENDANT FAILS TO DO SO, A DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST THAT DEFENDANT FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT OR PETITION.
