YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for termination of parental rights has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on ZHAREA MYCKELL DAVIS, via her attorney of record, JENNY A. SALVIA, ESQUIRE, 620 West Polk Street, Suite 4, Bartow, Florida 33830 on or before twenty (20) calendar days after this Summons is served on you, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at 255 North Broadway Avenue, Bartow, Florida, 33830, before service on the Mother's counsel and immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
