NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF SUPERVISORS' MEETING FOR THE LAKE ASHTON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors ("Board") of the Lake Ashton Community Development District ("District") will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 9:00 AM, at the Lake Ashton Clubhouse Ballroom, 4141 Ashton Club Drive, Lake Wales, FL 33859.
Additional information regarding this meeting, including the meeting agenda, and how to attend virtually, may be obtained from the District's website: http://lakeashtoncdd.com/, by contacting the District Manager, Jillian Burns, at jburns@gmscfl.com, or by calling 407-841-5524. The meeting is being held for the necessary public purpose of considering related district matters. At such time, the Board is so authorized and may consider any business that may properly come before it.
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts.
Two or more Supervisors of the Lake Ashton II Community Development District may be in attendance at this Lake Ashton Community Development District board meeting advertised above.
