GILLETTE FIVE, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company; ANGELIA GILLETTE, an individual; AMSCOT CORPORATION, a Florida profit corporation; HYLAND OAKS ESTATES HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION #2, Defendants.
