NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR CLOSING A PORTION OF CHIMERA WAY IN INTERLACHEN LAKES ESTATES UNIT 26 IN FLORAHOME TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: You will please take notice that the Board of County Commissioners of Putnam County, Florida will at 9:05 A.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, on the 10th day of March, 2026, in the County Commissioner Meeting Room located in the Governmental Complex, 2509 Crill Avenue, Suite 100, Palatka, Florida, consider and determine whether or not the County will vacate, abandon, discontinue, renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public to a portion of Chimera Way in Interlachen Lakes Estates Unit 26 in Florahome, Putnam County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: A portion of Chimera Way as shown on a plat of Interlachen Lakes Estates Unit 26 as recorded in Map Book 5, Page 50 of the public records of Putnam County, Florida; said portion of Chimera Way lying 66 foot in width on the East side of the following described line: Begin at the Southwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 8 South, Range 25 East, Putnam County, Florida and as shown on said plat and run North 01 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds East along the westerly right of way of said Chimera Way, 726 feet to Georges Lake and the end of said right of way. Persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place specified above. Dated this 10th day of February, 2026.
