TOWN OF LAKE PARK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lake Park, FL will be considering the following REQUEST FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION: Application for a Special Exception for property located at 1360 N Killian Drive, Unit 3, submitted by Kustom Kings Inc., agent and applicant. Special Exception Request: Request for special exception to permit an auto paint and body shop in accordance with the C-4 Business District, section 78-74 (3) a. of the Town Code. Applicant proposes to utilize a 4,000 square foot unit within of an existing 20,000 square foot building. Property Control number: 36-43-42-20-09-000-0460 Property Size: 1.12 acres Property Owner:JB Parasmo LLC PUBLIC HEARINGS: Quasi-Judicial Public Hearings to consider the request for Special Exception will be held as follows: The Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, March 2, 2026 at 6:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as can be heard. The Town Commission will hold a Quasi-Judicial Public Hearing on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon after as the matter can be heard.
