NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Summary Judgment dated February 10, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502024CC000801XXXAMB(RF), of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Boca Gardens Homeowners Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff, and Jose Arias a/k/a Jose R. Arias and Sheyla Arias a/k/a Sheyla Y. Arias, et al. are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 10th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT B, BLOCK 97, PLAT OF BOCA GARDENS, (A P.U.D.), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed, pursuant to Section 45.031 F.S.
