NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale After Bankruptcy Dismissal dated February 2, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CC006458XXXAMB of the County Court in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Boca Gardens Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Rhonda Pope Lawing is the Defendant. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of March, 2026, at 10:00 a.m, the following described property as set forth in the Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
