NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE A public hearing will be held before the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, located at 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33312, for the purpose of hearing any comments which might be made to the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, approving or denying an After-the-Fact Certificate of Appropriateness for Major Alterations for the Installation of Artificial Turf within the Front Outdoor Seating Area of a Designated Historic Landmark, located at 101 S. Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Application. All interested persons may view the meeting virtually at www.fortlauderdale.gov/fltv or attend in person at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom, 201 SW 5th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Should anyone desire to speak on this item, the person must sign up in person at the Mary N. Porter Riverview Ballroom at the time of the meeting and appear at the meeting in person. The proposed application may be inspected by the public in the Office of the City Clerk, 1 E. Broward Blvd., Suite 444, Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
