NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2025, for Plaintiff, National Loan Acquisitions Company and Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2025, for Cross-Plaintiff, Congregacion Mesianica Jerusalen, Inc. both entered in Case No. CACE19010632 of the Circuit Court of the 17th Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, the clerk, Brenda D. Forman, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 24th day of March, 2026, the following described property as set forth in both said Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:   
The West 265.00 feet of the East 285.00 feet of Tract 30 in Section 26, Township 50 South, Range 41 East, of "Everglade Land Sales Company Subdivision", according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 34, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida, said lands situate, lying and being in Broward County, Florida.  
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.  
The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale.  
Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
