YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title to real property described as:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 15,Township 4 South, Range 10 West, and run East for 740 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence run South to the North side of Old Panama and Wewa Road; thence run Southeasterly along the North side of said road for 263 feet more or less to land deeded to David Fasion; thence run North to the North line of Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4; thence run West 250 feet to the Point of Beginning, said land lying and being in Southwest 1/4 of Southeast 1/4 of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, Less and Except that portion conveyed by Victoria Price to James Rouse and Lucille Rouse by Warranty Deed dated September 9, 1963 being the same property described in Official Record Book 32 at Page 571 of the Official Records of Gulf County, Florida.
