NOTICE OF ABANDONMENT OF A PUBLIC ALLEY WAY NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to provisions of Florida law and Resolution 2026-02 of the City Commission of the City of Port St. Joe, Florida, dated February 3, 2026, the said Commission did take official action to disclaim, renounce, and abandon any public or municipal interest in and to a certain previously dedicated alley way in Block 31 and more particularly described as follows: A portion of the platted 20-foot alley way lying and being between Lots 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30, Block 31, according to the Official Map of the City of Port St. Joe as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page(s) 16 through 18, as recorded in the Official Public Records of Gulf County, Florida.
