White Construction is soliciting subcontractor bids for construction of a new ~12,000 sq.ft Multi-Purpose Building for Gulf Coast State College at the Port St. Joe Campus. The scope of work includes, but not limited to, ICF, concrete, brick, structural steel, lt guage trusses, metal roof, waterproofing, flooring, doors & frames, storefront, framing & drywall, ACT, toilet accessories, window shades, canopies, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, audio/video, telecommunication, and fire alarm. Please contact Travis Rief at phone 850-706-9504 or by email at travisr@whiteconst.com for Subcontractor Bid Forms/ Scope Checklist, Bid Documents and a link to the Subcontractor Qualification Statement. We anticipate that construction documents will be available on March 16, 2026. All Subcontractors will be required to complete a Subcontractor Qualification Statement (SQS) prior to the Bid Date for the project. Bids shall be submitted to travisr@whiteconst.com no later Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM on the Bid Form unless notified otherwise via Addendum. March 12, 19, 26, 2026 ######
