IDEA Florida, Inc., a non-profit organization operating public charter schools within the State of Florida, is accepting proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Fully Insured and Level Funded Medical and RX Coverage Services for eligible IDEA employees and their enrolled dependents, in accordance with the instructions, specifications, terms, and conditions defined in this solicitation.

Proposals must be submitted to IDEA Public Schools Headquarters, Attention: Solicitation Team, c/o IDEA Florida, Inc., 2115 W Pike Blvd, Weslaco, TX 78596, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday, March 18, 2026. All submissions should clearly reference the Solicitation Number and Title. Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
IDEA Florida, Inc. reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal(s) deemed to be in the best interest of the organization.
