NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND INTENT TO FORECLOSE; regarding timeshare interest(s) owned by the Obligor(s) (see Schedule "1" attached hereto for Obligors and their notice address) Legends Edge Condominium, located in Bay County, Florida, and more specifically described as follows: Unit Week (See Schedule "1"), Frequency (See Schedule "1") in Unit (See Schedule "1"), in LEGENDS EDGE CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 1919, at Page 323, in the Public Records of Bay County, Florida, and any amendments thereof. Pursuant to the Declaration(s) /Plan(s) referenced above, Legends Edge Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation (the "Association") did cause a Claim of Lien to be recorded in public records of said county. Obligor is liable for payment in full of amounts as shown in the lien plus costs; and is presently in default of obligation to pay.
