NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in Civil Case No. 2025-CC-2506 of the County Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein, FOUNTAINS AT GOLF PARK, INC. is the Plaintiff, and BENJAMIN BLEVINS, TRICIA LEE BLEVINS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, I, Clerk of Court, Gregory C. Harrell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.MARION.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 7, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
