NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment for Lien Foreclosure dated April 13, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CC004581 of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court, Angelina Colonneso, will publicly sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on June 24, 2026, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 218, BUILDING K, BAYSHORE-ON-THE-LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE II, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 993, PAGE 656, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim before the Clerk of the Court reports the surplus as unclaimed.
