NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 23, 2024, entered in Case No.: 2023 CA 1646 of the Circuit Court in and for Hernando County, Florida, wherein LARRY WAYNE BAILEY, KRISTIE LEE BAILEY, and HERNANDO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS are the Defendants, that Doug Chorvat, Jr., CGCIO, CPM, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Hernando County Courthouse, 20 N. Main Street, Room 245, Brooksville, FL on MAY 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m ., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
