NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count II dated April 27, 2026, entered in Case No. 25-CA-002965 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lots 22 and 23, Block 4335, Unit 61, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 4 through 20, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
