MARK RICHARD MASHITER AS CO-TRUSTEE OF THE VERTU RETIREMENT SCHEME, A PENSION TRUST U/A/D FEBRUARY 27, 2012, whose last known address is 728 SW Pine Island Road #4 Cape Coral, Florida 33991.
and, if alive, and if dead, or if active or inactive, their unknown spouses, widows, widowers, heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, lienors, creditors, trustees, successor trustees, beneficiaries, and all parties having or claiming by, through, under, or against them, and any and all persons claiming any right, title, interest, claim, lien, estate, or demand against the Defendants.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 2600, UNIT 37, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 15 THRU 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on WESLEY T. MATHIEU, ESQ., the Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 1314 Cape Coral Parkway East, Suite 320, Cape Coral, Florida 33904, and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court on or before June 29, 2026, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks.
