NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 28, 2026 and recorded in the Okaloosa County Public Records on May 6, 2026 at Official Records Filing #3813952, Official Records of Okaloosa County, Florida, and of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, the undersigned Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.bid4assets.com/OkaloosaFL/calendar, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 11:00 am Central Time on June 12, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
A interest in that certain real property lying and being in Okaloosa County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 6, Southminster Village, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages 91 and 92, Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE SALE.
In accordance with F.S. 45.031(3), the successful high bidder, if other than the Plaintiff, shall post with the clerk a deposit equal to 5 percent of the final bid. The deposit shall be applied to the sale price at the time of payment. If final payment is not paid to the Clerk by 4:00 pm Central Time, the same day of sale; the clerk shall re-advertise the sale and pay all costs of the sale from the deposit. Any remaining funds shall be applied toward the judgment.
