PAUL MOLINA and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL MOLINA, who is not known to be dead or alive.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a Claim of Lien on the following property in POLK County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 100, Marbella at Davenport, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 142, Page(s) 29 and 30, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JOSEPH P.
