NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 18, 2026, entered in Case No. 2025 13749 CICI of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein PATRICK CORBETT, is the Plaintiff, and AMANI GROUP, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company, THE CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH, a Florida municipal corporation, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.volusia.realforeclose.com on April 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., the following described property in Volusia County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment:
PARCEL 1:
Lots 2 and 3, except the Westerly 40 feet thereof, and Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12, in Block C of KENSINGTON GARDENS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Map Book 6, Page 184, of the Public Records of VOLUSIA County, Florida.
PARCEL 2:
Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 51, DAYTONA GARDENS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Map Book 10, Page 76, of the Public Records of VOLUSIA County, Florida.
PARCEL 3:
Lot 16, in Block C of KENSINGTON GARDENS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Map Book 6, Page 184, of the Public Records of VOLUSIA County, Florida.
