By virtue of a Final Judgment issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on August 11, 2025, a Writ of Execution dated September 15, 2025, issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and an Order On Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Entry of Agreed Final Judgment On Plaintiffs' Supplemental Complaint issued by the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on March 4, 2026, NOTICE is hereby given that the U.S. Marshal will sell by public auction, as is, where is, for cashiers or certified funds check ONLY (with the exception of bids placed by Plaintiff), on May 6, 2026, at 11:00_ a.m. CDT, at the Okaloosa County Courthouse Annex Extension, 1940 Lewis Turner Blvd, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32547, the following described real properties, which will each be separately auctioned by the U.S. Marshal on the day of sale:

Sale Requirements and Procedures
The minimum opening bid for Property #1 is $250,000.00. If the minimum opening bid for Property #1 is not met or exceeded, then the Marshal may reduce the opening minimum bid.
The minimum opening bid for Property #2 is $25,000.00. If the minimum opening bid for Property #2 is not met or exceeded, then the Marshal may reduce the opening minimum bid.
The minimum opening bid for Property #3 is $25,000.00. If the minimum opening bid for Property #3 is not met or exceeded, then the Marshal may reduce the opening minimum bid.
The successful bidder for each Property shall deposit with the U.S. Marshals Service at the close of the sale, 10 percent (10%) of the bid price by cashier's or certified funds check, made payable to the U.S. Marshals Service. Before being permitted to bid at the sale, bidders shall present proof to the Marshal that they are able to comply with this requirement with respect to each Property they indicate a willingness to bid on, otherwise the interested proposed bidder will not be allowed to bid. The balance of the purchase price of the successful bidder (unless Plaintiff's credit bid prevails, without added cash) by certified check, must be paid within seven (7) days after the sale or upon confirmation of the sale by the Court, whichever occurs first. Prospective bidders, including the Plaintiffs, may appear either in person or through an authorized representative in person at the auction. If the Plaintiff is the successful bidder at the sale, the United States Marshal Service shall credit the Plaintiff's bid amount, minus the costs of the sale, against the Plaintiff's Judgment Amount. Failure to timely pay the balance in accordance with the terms of the sale by the successful bidder shall result in the forfeiture of the monies deposited and the real property may be re-offered for sale or sold to the next highest bidder.
Unpaid Judgment Amount for Plaintiff Skip Braver: $30,972,508.47, of which the sum of $26,722,065.56 remains unpaid as of March 23, 2026, plus post judgment interest of $2,854.30 per day after March 23, 2026.
Unpaid Judgment Amount for Plaintiff Chad Braver: $291,840.07, of which the sum of $262,661.35 remains unpaid as of March 23, 2026, plus post judgment interest of $869.36 per day after March 23, 2026.
