NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2023, and entered in 2022-CA-1958 of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Okaloosa County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and LEONARD G. COLLINS; THERESA M. COLLINS; HARRISON FINANCE CO., INC. are the Defendant(s). Brad E. Embry as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://bid4assets.com/okaloosafl, at 11:00 AM, on March 20, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
