NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2025, and entered in 25000277CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the FIRST Judicial Circuit in and for Walton County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF ANGEL OAK MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-1, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2023-1 is the Plaintiff and JAMES DAVID WILLIAMS; BRIANNE ANN MIRAMBELL; GULF REFELCTIONS OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
