NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-5230 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and Patricia OToole, trustee under The Patricia L. OToole Personalty Revocable Living Trust, Dated December 19, 2017 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for online auctions, at 9:00 AM, on the 28th day of May, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 3403, Building 4, of Cross Creek of Fort Myers Condominium, Phase 4, together with the undivided share of the common elements as defined in and in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Record Book 1761, Pages 513 through 586, inclusive, and amended, in Official Record Book 1764, Page 2053, Official Record Book 1770, Page 1069, Official Record Book 1774, Page 4519. Official Record Book 1788, Page 2358, Official Record Book 1803, Page 1898, Official Record Book 1822, Page 1658, Official Record Book 1835, Page 617, Official Record Book 1835, Page 621, Official Record Book 1836, Page 253 and Official Record Book 1855, Page 752 and subject to the Master Association Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions as recorded in Official Record Book 1760, Pages 2417 through 2515, inclusive, and amended in Official Record Book 1812, Page 306 all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
