Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida on April 30, 2026, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 255, of HARBOUR CAY, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration thereof on file and recorded in the Office of The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida in Official Record Book 956, Pages 63 through 117, and as amended on Official Record Book 975, Page 201, Official Record Book 1093, Page 1727, Official Record Book 1211, Page 21, and Official Record Book 1382, Page 782, and according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 3, Page 137, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
TOGETHER with an undivided share or interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium, * further amended in Official Record Book 1002, Page 832 and Official Record Book 1016, Page 132, of aforesaid Public Records. Parcel ID #15-45-24-29-00000.2550
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on June 4, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.real foreclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 45.031.
