TO: LINDA C. HUAN, JOHN J. HUAN and UNKNOWN TENANTS
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint for Foreclosure has been filed on the following
property in Gadsden County, Florida:
Lot 15-2 BLOCK 'A', FOREST HILLS
A portion of Lot 15, Block "A" of Forest Hills, a subdivision as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 215 of the Public Records of Gadsden County, Florida, described as follows:
BEGIN at a concrete monument marked LS#1254, marking the southwest corner of said Lot 15, Block "A" of Forest Hills, said point lying on the northeasterly right of way boundary of the C.S.X. Railroad (150 foot right of way); thence run North 16 degrees 50 minutes 35 seconds West along the westerly boundary of said Lot 15 and said right of way, a distance of 148.43 feet to a point, thence leaving said westerly boundary, run North 87 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East 532.68 feet to the westerly right of way boundary of Forest Circle (60 foot right of way), thence run South (Bearing Base) along the westerly right of way of Forest Circle, 107.12 feet to a concrete monument marked LS# 1254 and the southeast corner of said Lot 15, thence leaving said right of way, run South 83 degrees 27 minutes 02 seconds West along the southerly boundary of said Lot 15, a distance of 492.46 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Bearings based on the west right of way tangent of Forest Circle within Lot 15, Block "A" of Forest Hills subdivision, south, as shown on map or plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 215 of the Public Records of Gadsden County, Florida.
has been filed against you and others, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JAMES C. THOMPSON, ESQUIRE, SMITH, THOMPSON, SHAW, COLÓN & POWER, P.A., Plaintiff's attorneys, 3520 Thomasville Road, Fourth Floor, Tallahassee, Florida 32309-3469, no more than thirty (30) days from the first publication date of this Notice of Action, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
