Notice is given that pursuant to a final judgment in Case Number 01 2025 CC 1064 of the County Court of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida, in which Summit House Association of Condominium Owners, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Lara Hospitality Group, Inc., and Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, J.K. Jess Irby, the Alachua County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.alachua.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on June 18, 2026, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit No. 7, Building D of Summit House, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1619, Page 925, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Alachua County, Florida.
