LOT 18, IN BLOCK 20, OF SANDALWOOD UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, AT PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA.
