LOT 9, IN SQUARE 12, OF THE WEBB REALTY CO.`S DIAGRAM OF PART OF TRACT 18, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA and commonly known as: 1421 REYOLDS ST, KEY WEST, FL 33040; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best  bidder, for cash, on the front steps of the Monroe County Courthouse, 500 Whitehead St., Key West, Florida 33040, on May 18, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the  surplus as unclaimed.
