Final Judgment was awarded on October 16, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-002702, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and ILEANA BURGOS ROLDAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA-DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SUNNOVA TE MANAGEMENT LLC; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; KINDRED HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
