VELAZQUEZ, A/K/A LUZ MARIA VELAZQUEZ, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF LUZ M. VELAZQUEZ, A/K/A LUZ MARIA VELAZQUEZ, DECEASED; EVELYN SOTO; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE ONE ASSOCIATION, INC.
