NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of January 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-000356, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida SCO FUND I LLC is the Plaintiff and THE ASSIS & PASSION TRADING 01, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; EDSON PEREIRA DA PAIXAO, an Individual; SOLARA RESORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; SOLARA RESORT VACATION VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Kelvin Soto, Esq., the Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at OSCEOLA COUNTY COURTHOUSE, ROOM 204, THREE COURTHOUSE SQUARE, KISSIMME, FL 34741, on the prescribed date, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues, at, 11:00 AM on the 27th day of MAY 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
