NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of January 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-000356, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida SCO FUND I LLC, is the Plaintiff, and THE ASSIS & PASSION TRADING 01, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; EDSON PEREIRA DA PAIXAO, an Individual; SOLARA RESORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; SOLARA RESORT VACATION VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants.
