NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgement of Foreclosure signed February 10, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25000271CAAXMX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Hendry County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and AMANDO RAMIREZ; HERMELINDA RAMIREZ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ROSA RAMIREZ, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor in the Hallway of the Hendry County Courthouse, 25 East Hickpochee Avenue, LaBelle, 33935 at 11:00 AM, on the 10th day of June, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 2241, PORT LABELLE UNIT 7, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HENDRY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
