Parcel No. 15-4S-16-02996-000 Commence at the Southwest corner of the SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 16 East, and run thence North 89º42' East along the South line of said SW 1/4 or NW 1/4, 660.5 feet to the Southwest corner of the E 1/2 of said SW 1/4 of NW 1/4 for a Point of Beginning, thence run North 0º 52' West along the West line of said E 1/2 of said SW 1/4 of NW 1/4, 319.2 feet; thence run North 86º 24' East, 200.0 feet; thence run South 04º 02' East, 100.00 feet; thence run South 48º 30' East, 307.5 feet to the West right-of-way line of State Road No. 247; thence run South 41º 30' West along said West right-of-way line, 308.96 feet; thence run North 48º 30' West 300.5 feet to the Point of Beginning. And on June16, 2026, at 10:00 am or soon thereafter at the Columbia County Sheriff's Office Civil Division 173 NE Hernando Ave. Room 201 Lake City, Florida 32055. I will offer for sale all the defendant's rights, title, and interest in the aforesaid real property, at public auction and will sell the same, subject to ALL taxes, prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any to the highest and best bidder for CASH IN HAND. The proceeds to be applied to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described execution.
