YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for imposition and foreclosure of a landlords lien upon a mobile home described as that certain 1981 Mobile Home bearing Identification Numbers T2479593A/T2479593B, situated at 1071 Donegan Road, Lot 363, Largo, Florida 33771, has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Sheryl A. Edwards, Esquire, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is 500 S. Washington Boulevard, Suite 400, Sarasota, FL 34236, on or before 30 Days after 1st Publication Date, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court, either before service on Plaintiffs attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
