NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 000357 A of the Circuit Court of the 5TH Judicial Circuit in and for Citrus County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Robert J. Brown a/k/a Robert Brown a/k/a Robert Jordan Brown, deceased; Michelle Brown; SOLAR MOSAIC LLC; Fifth Third Bank, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Citrus County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
